The bandwidth/port speed listed on shared plans represents the peak burstable limit, not a guaranteed dedicated rate. While our total network capacity significantly exceeds the listed specifications, these plans utilize a shared uplink. Consequently, we cannot guarantee maximum throughput 24/7. During peak hours, if the total network capacity is reached, your actual speed may fluctuate below the listed limit. Additionally, consistent saturation of the bandwidth for extended periods is prohibited under our Fair Use Policy.
We generally operate under a strict no-refund policy. While we initially supported PayPal for payment flexibility, we experienced a high volume of malicious disputes and chargebacks initiated without prior communication via support tickets. Under PayPal’s policies, such disputes result in penalties for us regardless of the outcome. To mitigate this risk, we have disabled PayPal for new accounts. However, existing customers with a history of good standing (no prior disputes) may continue to use PayPal.
Selecting a payment method marked as "Auto Renew" or "Subscription" (e.g., Credit Card/PayPal) authorizes a recurring billing agreement. Our system will automatically attempt to process payments for generated invoices or unpaid orders. If you wish to discontinue a service, you must submit a Cancellation Request via the Client Portal immediately. This will void any outstanding invoices and prevent future billing cycles.
Our policy stipulates that refunds are not granted for non-technical faults. We provide a Looking Glass tool for pre-purchase network testing. As explicitly stated, we do not accept refund requests based on "change of mind," specific IP quality preferences, or performance on non-guaranteed networks. Note: We may, at our discretion, offer a one-time courtesy refund to your account balance. In exceptional cases, a refund to the original payment method may be considered (with BackWaves covering transaction fees). By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
